You pay for active users, not your whole roster
Most flight schools carry far more member records than they train in any given month — students who finished a rating, seasonal members, people who enquired and never started. Flight Suite HQ bills only the members you have marked active. Deactivate a student between ratings or over the winter and they come off your next invoice; reactivate them when they book again. One school on the platform carries over 400 member records and is billed for fewer than half of them.
Independent CFIs: $9 a month, flat
If you instruct on your own rather than for a school, the rate is $9 per month flat — up to one aircraft and 25 active members, with no per-user charge. That is less than the cheapest published per-aircraft subscription in this category, and it includes the same maintenance, safety and recordkeeping tools every other plan gets. The rate is locked for life: it never rises, even when our list price does. Grow past those limits and you move to standard rates; come back under them and the $9 returns.

Optional add-ons
Flight Suite Analytics Pro is $29/month and adds ready-made reports, a drag-and-drop report builder, scheduled PDF and Excel delivery, and plain-English questions over your own data. Quick Reports and exports are included in the base price.
Shop Mode is $69/month and is full maintenance-shop software for repair stations and A&P shops that work on customers' aircraft: jobs and bays, estimates approved line by line by the customer, a labor time clock, parts and purchasing, logbook entries drafted from the work order, and a customer portal. Maintenance tracking for your own fleet and the classic reporting view stay included in the base price.
